Delivery of Products
Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If you accept, we consider that the product was in good condition and returns/ refund requests will not be accepted by BLG Technologies. Delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days; Further, BLG Technologies cannot be held liable for any delays by the courier companies.
- Please ensure to check your ordered product/s for any physical damages prior to accepting the delivery. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages.
- BLG Technologies will not be liable for goods that are damaged in transit if the Proof of Delivery (POD) is signed, and the goods are accepted.
- BLG Technologies will not bear responsibility for the condition of the products which are not collected within 2 weeks, and BLG Technologies reserves the right to dispose of the product/s if not collected within one month.
- Please pick up products ordered under the ‘Pick Up’ option within 2 weeks from the specified products available date for pick up.
Products Available for Immediate Pickup
In relation to the products available for immediate pickup, the Customer may opt either for pick up from BLG Technologies or for delivery. The delivery of the product is performed by BLG Technologies, or a courier appointed by BLG Technologies as an additional service subject to the delivery terms.
The title of the products available for immediate pickup, shall pass to the Customer at the time of the payment.
The warranty provided through the blg.lk website is the same as the common warranty provided by BLG Technologies Corporate office. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the service center via the contact details on the warranty card.
We guarantee that all products sold by BLG Technologies are in good condition and working order, and tested for quality and handed over to the customer for normal and standard usage, subject to the following terms and conditions. BLG Technologies agrees to replace the defective products with one to one over the table within the respective product warranty period.
The warranty will not be effective if repairs/installations/services done by any 03rd party other than BLG Technologies, damage caused by ancillary equipment and non-recommended accessories, damages due to split and liquid, drop damages, secretion from insects, rodents or domestic pets, accident, fire, theft, act of god, power surges, electrical leakage, voltage fluctuations, negligence, misuse, incorrect installations, modifications, improper testing operation, maintenance installation, defaced, obliterated or removed, use of products outside specification, use for purpose not recommended, use beyond the guidelines, directions and user capacity of product, alterations, defaced or suspected warranty cards and serial number alteration.
No warranty is provided for the quality of the software and hardware used by the customer, hardware and software defects and corruption, virus attacks, spywares, firmware upgrades, defects due to use of third-party application and unauthorized and illegal software. BLG Technologies will not be responsible for any data loss at point of repair / replace.
If the product delivered by the company contains any damage during transit or handling, customer shall be informed at the same time on date of delivery. If the product is picked up by the customer, the company shall not be liable for any damage arising while transporting. Customer is advised to check before moving out product from showroom premises.
If the product is beyond economical repair, product replacement with similar working condition and warranty shall be effective for remaining period.
Duration of Warranty
The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty for the entire lifetime of the product.
Memory modules including:
- Value RAM
- Kingston FURY
- Server Premier
- Kingston system-specific memory
Flash memory cards including:
- Multimedia Card
- Flash adapters
The following Kingston products are covered by our warranty for a period of five years from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer:
- USB DataTraveler® drives (excluding DataTraveler 2000)
- IronKey™ drives (Excluding IKVP80ES)
- Industrial-temp microSD card (SDCIT)
The following Kingston products are covered by our warranty for a period of three years from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer:
- DataTraveler® 2000 (DT2000)
- IronKey™ Vault Privacy 80ES (IKVP80ES)
- High Endurance microSD card (SDCE)
- Industrial MicroSD card (SDCIT2)
- DataTraveler microDuo3 G2(DTDUO3G2), and those select SSDs as listed in the following table:
The following Kingston products are covered by our warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer:
- MobileLite® Reader
- microSD Reader
- Workflow Station and Workflow Readers
If a product has been discontinued, Kingston, at its sole discretion, shall either repair the product, offer to replace it with a comparable product.
Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you may return the defective product to your original point of purchase, or the authorized Kingston distributor, BLG Technologies. Please confirm the terms of its return policies prior to returning the product. Typically, you must include product identification information, including the model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem that you are experiencing. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, products not imported or sold through authorized Kingston distributors (BLG Technologies) are not covered by this warranty, and BLG Technologies may elect to repair or replace your product for a fee. This is to ensure certification of quality.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
Products under daily deals are limited time and limited stock promotions that once ordered and paid are non-refundable. The voucher issues when you purchase the product must be utilized (redeemed) during the validity period of the voucher. BLG Technologies is not liable for failure to redeem the voucher under any circumstances and cannot be refunded.
All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by BLG Technologies (processing times are shown in the table below). Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which BLG Technologies cannot be held liable.

BLG Technologies attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BLG Technologies does not warrant that product description or other content of any product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by BLG Technologies is not as described, you may immediately contact our customer support at [email protected] or call us on our hotline, and BLG Technologies at its’ discretion shall provide you with a replacement/ alternative product for the same value or provide you with a refund.
